1.The concept developed by the team, ALCA, is based on making a photographic and/or videographic report of the social event, in the most natural way possible, portraying everything special that happened on the day of the couple;

2.Payment methods:

      2.1.If the couple pay in full when signing the contract, they get a 7% discount on the final price;

      2.2.If the couple do not wish to pay the full amount when signing the contract, they have the following option:

           a) 25% of the final amount, when the contract is signed;
             
           b) 50% of the final amount, up to 15 days before the day of the event;
             
           c) 25% of the final amount, before delivery of the final work;
               

3.Any changes to the production that exceed two (2) rounds of free changes will be charged an amount stipulated by a ALCA;

4.After receiving the final product, the couple have a period of 15 days to inform ALCA of any technical problems, after which ALCA considers the work to be satisfied and finished;

5.The images captured at the event are stored for up to 365 days after the date of final delivery of the work, after which the couple are responsible for the correct storage of the digital files;

6.The amount paid when signing the contract is never refunded if the date is canceled by the couple;

7.Cancellations within 180 and 121 days before the wedding implies the payment of 50% of the agreed fee;

8.Cancellations within 120 days of the wedding implies full payment of the agreed fee;

9.If ALCA or a team designated by ALCA fails to show up on the day of the event, the couple will be refunded the amount of the service contracted;
